VICE News is providing live coverage of the Canadian foreign policy debate between Conservative leader Stephen Harper, New Democratic Party leader Thomas Mulcair, and Liberal leader Justin Trudeau starting at 7pm ET. The Munk Debate is a sold out event at Toronto's Roy Thomson Hall that is being broadcast on CPAC and live-streamed by Facebook Canada. The moderator is Rudyard Griffiths, president of the Peter and Melanie Munk Charitable Foundation. It's the fourth debate of the campaign and the first one ever to focus on foreign policy issues, which have dominated headlines in recent weeks. Canadians head to the polls on Oct. 19.
