Dear readers, Today the VICE News team is very excited to be releasing our first mobile app.

Now all of our groundbreaking documentaries and stories covering some of the most important and underreported news from around the world can be easily accessed from your Apple mobile devices.

Download the VICE News App here.

Starting today, you will be able to download the app and check out some of our most recent stories and documentaries, including a piece on the long wait for Ebola treatment in Liberia, the VICE News Daily Capsule — a daily news roundup that goes beyond the headlines, and the trailer for VICE News' upcoming documentary Ghosts of Aleppo.

All of the stories and documentaries on our website will be available on the app, so you'll be able to follow our unprecedented coverage of world events that you know and love. Using your Apple mobile device, now you can access some of our headline making documentaries like The Islamic State, which gives viewers a remarkable look into the ranks of the militant group that now controls a large swath of Iraq and Syria. And with AirPlay equipped features, you will also be able to stream our video content onto your television.

Since launching VICE News in March, we have become one of the premiere channels from VICE Media. Operating in nearly 40 countries around the world, VICE's digital channels include the food-centric MUNCHIES and VICE Sports. The company's news-magazine series, VICE, on HBO, won an Emmy for Outstanding Information Series or Special, and has been renewed for its third and fourth seasons.
