Michael Flynn’s resignation took 18 days, and here’s how he used them

A look at the 18 days leading up to Michael Flynn’s resignation as national security advisor.

Less than a week after Trump’s inauguration, then–acting Attorney General Sally Yates held a private meeting with White House counsel Don McGahn. Yates told him that National Security Advisor Michael Flynn lied when he said he hadn’t discussed Russian sanctions with Ambassador Sergei Kislyak before Trump took office.

Eighteen days passed between that meeting and Trump asking Flynn for his resignation. VICE News looks at what Flynn did during those 18 days.
