President Trump’s former personal lawyer and self-styled “fixer” Michael Cohen has been publicly signaling for weeks that he’s ready to tell investigators everything he knows about his former boss.Apparently, the investigators got the memo.Cohen has spent hours talking to special counsel Robert Mueller’s team over multiple interview sessions in the past month, ABC News reported Thursday, citing unnamed sources.Cohen’s interviews have centered around Trump's dealings with Russia, including both business affairs and questions related to whether the Trump campaign colluded with Russian efforts to tip the 2016 presidential election, ABC said.READ: Michael Cohen is a disaster for Trump. Here’s how it could get worse.Observers have said Cohen may be able to provide detailed and damaging information about Trump, including both his company and his campaign, thanks to his decade of service at Trump’s side.Last week, Trump’s former campaign chairman Paul Manafort pleaded guilty to a wide range of crimes related to his earlier consulting work and struck a sweeping cooperation agreement with Mueller’s team.Thursday’s revelation suggests that while Manafort was in the process of flipping, Cohen was already dishing to Mueller’s investigators.Cohen’s attorney, Lanny Davis, told VICE News in August that his client did a lot of stuff “he’s not proud of” during the decade he spent at Trump’s side, and that he’s willing to share all of it.“There are things that he was involved in that he doesn't think are so great,” Davis said at the time.READ: Michael Cohen’s lawyer says he’s willing to dig into Trump’s past “as far back as anyone wants”The interviews with Cohen took place in Washington, D.C., and New York City, according to ABC. They were attended in part by prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York.Cohen is also reportedly cooperating with a separate probe by New York state authorities into the Trump family charity and the Trump Organization, where Cohen served as an executive vice president and special counsel to Trump for 10 years, according to ABC News.Cohen’s participation has been voluntary.
