Powerful Hollywood producer Bob Weinstein, the estranged younger brother of the now-disgraced powerful Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, is now facing sexual harassment allegations of his own.Amanda Segel, the executive producer of Spike TV’s “Mist” series, told Variety that Bob Weinstein repeatedly invited her to private dinners and tried to develop a personal “friendship” in 2016, even as she repeatedly rebuffed his advances. Segal says he also invited her to his hotel room, saying he didn’t want his daughter to find out.“He didn’t want a friendship,” Segel said. “He wanted more than that. My hope is that ‘no’ is enough from now on.”Actress Jaime King also said on Twitter that Bob called her “at home” to insult her and threatened her because she wouldn’t pose for the cover of Maxim magazine.

Weinstein’s lawyers have, unsurprisingly, denied Segel’s claims, saying they have “the emails to prove it” and “there is no way in the world that Bob Weinstein is guilty of sexual harassment.”Weinstein had previously said he didn’t know the extent of what Harvey was doing, and called for his brother to get “the justice he deserves.”“No F-in’ way was I aware that that was the type of predator that he was,” Bob told the Hollywood Reporter. “And the way he convinced people to do things? I thought they were all consensual situations.”In the last two weeks, dozens of women have come forward to accuse Harvey of sexual harassment, assault, and rape following bombshell reports by the New York Times and the New Yorker. As part of the fallout, Harvey resigned from the Weinstein Co.’s board on Tuesday, and his wife, fashion designer Georgina Chapman, has reportedly filed for divorce.
