Donald Trump made only his second public reference to an alleged affair with porn star Stormy Daniels Wednesday, calling the claims “a total con job.”Daniels released a sketch Tuesday of the person she alleges threatened her to keep quiet about the affair during a confrontation in a Las Vegas parking lot in 2011. The adult film actress had first offered a $100,000 reward for information about the man, then upped it Tuesday to $130,000.Twitter users quickly offered suggestions ranging from Tom Brady to Anthony Scaramucci to Willem Dafoe, but a user called Deplorably Scottish suggested the sketch was of Daniels’ partner, Glendon Crain.READ: Who’s in the Stormy Daniels sketch? A total con job, playing the Fake News Media for Fools (but they know it)!”Crain, a heavy metal drummer and part-time porn star, has largely remained out of the spotlight during the recent controversy surrounding Daniels and the president. This is only Trump’s second time publicly referencing the alleged tryst. Earlier this month Trump told reporters he didn’t know about a payment of $130,000 in hush money to Daniels.
While Trump has remained silent, Daniels has been conducting television interviews and appeared Monday in court alongside the president’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen, who admitted paying the porn star the $130,000 in 2016.
